𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄: The merged USFL and XFL spring football league is set to kick off March 30 🏈🔥
Should be great, anyone else excited for it?
League statement: "We are pleased to have completed the antitrust review process in connection with the proposed merger of the XFL and USFL and intend to play a combined season this spring kicking off on Saturday, March 30,"
Update: Dwayne Johnson has met with Colin Kapernick and has invited him to join the XFL.
The Rock, who owns the XFL, said he met with both Kaepernick and his agents and had a "Good meeting, looked to create opportunity for him.' but Johnson says he doesn't think it will happen.
Kaepernick expressed disinterest in joining the XFL in the past due to high salary demands.
Should Kaepernick join the XFL?
Kaepernick recently wrote a letter to the #Jets, asking them to sign him to their practice squad:

When you get to that stage of life when you can hop online and your mates have family stuff on, then when they are on you have family stuff on. Those virtual pub nights are getting few and far between these days. 💔 #gaming

On this day, 7yrs ago, I was playing one of my favorite games of all time for the first time in @Ubisoft @TheDivisionGame one of the best atmospheres a game ever had - until Survival came later and smashed that out of the ballpark. #walkdownmemorylane #gaming

I'm still a firm believer that @jkbmyrs5 would be a massive upgrade for teams like @packers @Titans - #Titans have the #NewEngland pipeline already in place with Jon Robinson and @CoachVrabel50 both these teams need a true WR1 and Meyers has velcro for hands.

This #London game looks like it's gonne be solid. Bit disappointing there's no @A_kamara6 on the field but the @Vikings should be able to win this one if Kirk Cousins doesn't piss his pants in a pseudo primetime game. @NFL @BettingAbsolute
