I'm 52 years old. I have terminal Stage IV esophageal cancer. And my life has become something I never could have imagined.
I have metastatic adenocarcinoma with signet-ring features. It's spread to my liver, lymph nodes, stomach and peritoneum. The surgery that was supposed to potentially save my life was aborted when they discovered it had already spread.
I've been through chemotherapy. I've had a stent shoved down my esophagus just to help me swallow. I've lived with a feeding tube. I've had to rethink something most people never give a second thought to: eating.
A cheeseburger. Pizza. A normal meal with my family. Things that used to be completely ordinary have become things I miss.
Every meal is a calculation. Calories. Protein. What can I swallow? What will hurt? What will stay down? How much can my stomach tolerate?
I deal with nausea, abdominal pain, strange sensations throughout my torso, swallowing difficulties, and the constant uncertainty of what is happening inside my body.
I monitor blood markers. I read CT scans. I research clinical trials. I look at experimental treatments and scientific papers, trying to find something, anything, that might give me more time.
And there's a particularly cruel part of terminal cancer that people don't always understand:
You can look relatively healthy. You can walk every day. You can laugh, read, have conversations, research things, and make plans. Meanwhile, you know there's an incurable disease growing inside you.
You become acutely aware that the future everyone else takes for granted is no longer guaranteed to you.
I have a wife. I have children. I have things I still want to experience, conversations I still want to have, and memories I still want to make.
I've even started leaving little handwritten messages around the house for my wife to find someday. Things I want her to know when I'm no longer here to tell her.
I'm not writing this because I want anyone's pity.
I'm writing it because terminal cancer is so much more than a diagnosis or a statistic. It's an entirely different existence. It's fighting for your life while simultaneously trying to figure out how to keep living it.
I don't know how much time I have. Neither does anyone else.
But I'm still here. Still walking. Still researching. Still looking for treatments. Still trying to eat. Still making plans.
And I'm not done fighting.
If you're healthy, don't take the ordinary things for granted. You have no idea how extraordinary they are until they become difficult or impossible.

🚨 MAMDANI JUST TURNED JD VANCE INTO A JOKE ON LIVE TV! 😂
Vance tried to take credit for New York's falling crime rates. Mamdani responded with a 9-second video that said more than a thousand political speeches ever could.
The entire Morning Joe crew couldn't stop laughing.
Imagine taking credit for work you didn't do. 💀

This generation is awake and won’t fall for the AIPAC trick…
AIPAC just changed their name to the United Democracy Project (UDP), thinking we wouldn't notice.

A 74-year-old grandmother shot her 17-year-old grandson six times. He was on the phone with 911, bleeding on the floor, begging for help when she walked up and fired again.
Jonathan Hoffman wasn’t even supposed to be living with his grandparents. His little sister had a brain tumor, and his parents had moved to Arizona to be with her through treatment. So Jonathan stayed behind in Michigan with Sandra Layne an arrangement meant to keep him steady while he dealt with his own problems. He was on probation. He’d struggled with drugs.
On May 18, 2012, he failed a drug test for synthetic marijuana. That same day, the two of them argued. Layne would later say her grandson demanded $2,000 and a car, hit her, and chased her through the house. So she got her gun.
Over about six minutes, she fired ten shots. Six hit him two in the back. He was in gym shorts and socks. There was nowhere for him to go.
In the middle of it, Jonathan managed to call 911. The dispatcher heard him say: “My grandma shot me. I’m gonna die. Help.” And then, while he was still on the line, another gunshot. “I got shot again,” he said.
When police arrived, Sandra Layne walked out holding the gun and told them: “I murdered my grandson.” Jonathan died at the hospital.
At trial she said it was self-defense a frightened old woman protecting herself from a violent teenager high on drugs. But she had no visible injuries. And the jury kept coming back to that 911 recording: a dying boy on the phone, and the sound of his own grandmother firing again. Second-degree murder. At least 22 years.
The coldest verdict didn’t come from the jury. It came from her own daughter Jonathan’s mother who refused to call her “mom” in that courtroom and said Sandra Layne was “pure evil.”
So here’s what the case never fully settled: was this a terrified grandmother defending her life from a violent, drug-addicted teenager or a woman who chased a boy in socks around her house and kept pulling the trigger while he begged a stranger to save him?

Israel has killed over 22,000 children in Gaza. These aren't terrorists. We're talking about kids.
Most Americans are so absolutely horrified and disgusted that our tax dollars, by the billions go to that country every single year.
That our military-produced weapons and ammunition have been used to murder kids, create over 70,000 orphans, thousands of children's with amputated arms and legs.

Trump will REMAIN President, but what he CAN'T do now:
1. *Can't pass any law:*
Needs Parliament. With Democrats at 90, all his bills will be blocked.
2. *Can't get money:*
Parliament controls the budget. No funding for his MAGA projects, Wall etc.
3. *Faces Impeachment Risk:* Democrats can start investigations and even move impeachment.
4. *Can't appoint Judges/Officials freely:* Senate will block his picks.
5. *Can't do big foreign deals:*
Trade deals, war funding needs Parliament nod.
In short: He will stay in the White House, sign Executive Orders, but Parliament and Courts can overturn them.
He becomes a *Lame Duck President* - President in name, powerless in reality.
