I am sympathetic, especially being that this couple is Orthodox, *but* I would just like to point out that this immigration officer is a patriot and immigrating to this country should be incredibly, incredibly difficult, and American citizens *deserve* to have this level of scrutiny applied to all prospective foreign residents, regardless of how many headaches and how much grief it causes the prospective foreign residents.
An urgent update from my friends Valentin and Anastasia, who have been stuck overseas for 3 years. I was at their wedding in Utah and they stayed with me in 2023.
“Hey Thad, we’re in an active emergency in Warsaw, Poland right now. Anastasia was DENIED at her Green Card interview. Instead of the usual officer who knows our case, they swapped in a new officer who cut her off, dismissed our documents, and walked away.
We have to go through a reconsideration process, so we have to stay here in Warsaw before my wife is forced back across the border to Belarus when her Polish visa expires in a couple weeks
We have about a week to bring in our legal challenge, but we’re just two people running on fumes in a rented room
If anyone can share our story or help us make it home to Utah, here’s our link, God bless you brother🙏🏻☦️"

I got engaged and sent my best friend a picture of my ring. She said if her boyfriend made six figures, she'd reject a proposal with this ring.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The conversation screenshots appear fabricated for engagement bait, matching this account's pattern of similar scripted stories as noted by multiple replies.

So he moved to Poland? LOL
And we are supposed to take these people’s domestic criticisms seriously?

While many point out, following @curtis_yarvin's eternal truth, that all Left-wing rioters are in fact agents of the regime, it is also true that the regime fears more than anything else any non-white rioter dying, because then France would experience the Floyd riots, or far worse. And the likely effect on the regime would be its end. Therefore, they treat all Left riots with gentleness.

Fun fact: Carl Schmitt was actually a Nazi for a shorter period of time than Richard Hanania was a Nazi.
Carl Schmitt hated Jews, thought that they should be purged from intellectual life, and told people to study Mein Kampf for its insights.
He was a proto-CRT scholar, who thought that ideas should be judged based on the race of the person who holds them.
No wonder the fascist right loves this guy.
Liking Schmitt is a way to signal fascist views and then be able to turn around and say "come on man, it's just a harmless intellectual, are you afraid of ideas or something?"
Do you think they actually believe that Britain wouldn’t be able to function without Muslims? Or are they fully conscious that this is a blatant fabrication and the perpetuation of this explicit lie is basically like Muslim izzat or something?
I cannot even begin to comprehend why James Lindsay insists on continuing to deepen his trench. He is truly a generationally delusional retard.

I followed James Lindsay for a long time. I've been in this fight probably about as long as him, and we came from extremely similar places in terms of Atheism, Liberalism, and so on. I nearly shared a stage with him in Nashville about three years ago.
It must be a year or two now since James publicly anathematized me as "anti-American" for disagreeing on strategy and having different interpretations of our present circumstances.
I'm willing to bet there's pretty much nobody who has digested more of James' work than I and also significantly disagrees with him on a few very important things. As such I think I'm uniquely qualified to diagnose the failure mode involved here.
James is a Classical Liberal who holds up the Scottish Enlightenment and Scottish Common Sense Realism as the foundation of the American Revolution and American Constitutional system. He holds these things up as first-principle presuppositions - they are the foundations of his worldview and anything that cuts against them must be dismissed or destroyed.
There was a time when I thought similarly. It was only a brief point on my journey, and it did significantly come from holding up the American Constitution (as I understood it) as ultimate. That, in turn, led me to try to identify the thoughts that undergirded that Constitution - just as I believe it did lead James on that same journey.
Where we departed can only be summed up with this: Jesus Christ. You see, any thing that you hold up as ultimate is the thing that you are putting in the place of God. I once held up our Constitution in that place - something I feel rather silly for in hindsight given that our Constitution itself points to God as the source of our rights and its rightful authority.
However, the rejection of God as that supreme rule of faith does, necessarily, send you looking in strange places for upholding and legitimizing our Constitutional system. I don't even argue with the basic intellectual lineage that Lindsay and others (many his acolytes) have proposed from the rise of Scottish Common Sense Realism (SCSR) and some significant structural components of the Constitution as drafted. The problem is that SCSR itself, like the whole of "Liberalism" as it exists, stands atop a system that preexisted it, set the conditions for it to rise, then denies that very foundation while parasitizing it to entirely predictable and catastrophic effect.
For SCSR that system it stood atop and parasitized was the Scottish Presbyterian Reformation best known by John Knox. These SCSR philosophers, themselves calling themselves Presbyterian Shepherds in the vein of Knox, utterly denied the fundamental tenets of the Solas in importing a lazy and superficial version of Thomism that opened the door to all manner of gnostics and grifters. We see the fruits of their betrayal in modern Scotland.
In America, as very much like in Scotland before, the average soldier of the American forces, having been rallied by the fiery sermons of the Black Robe Regiment, were overwhelmingly Reformed, mostly Presbyterian, and fought to restore the self government that Britain had overthrown (in effect, more counter-revolution than revolution). The framers and founders, however, being more elite, more educated, and more connected to all manner of social organizations, were themselves far more steeped in Natural Law theories and affected by the Enlightenment (including SCSR). This did seep through in the Constitution.
The second major disconnect comes from an unwillingness to separate what is from what ought to be. James has been thoroughly unwilling to recognize the reality of our present circumstances as post-constitutional. This is not a moral prescription. It's just an analysis of facts on the ground. The trouble really comes at the next step: if you reject that America is post-constitutional (which, for my part, means that we experienced a revolution that overthrew the republic and installed democracy) you would be inclined to fight tooth-and-claw to preserve the current system. However, if you recognize the reality that we are overthrown, that the Constitution does not reign in any meaningful way, then fighting to preserve the status quo is fighting to protect an illegitimate, tyrannical regime, and the correct path lies elsewhere (for my part in figuring out how to make the Constitution our governing document once more).
All these things you see and, perhaps, don't quite understand flow directly from these errors, I believe. I hope James repents, comes to Christ, and allows for a high-fidelity understanding of our current circumstances to trump his wish casting and willful blindness. In the absence of that James has made his bed over and over again.
James Lindsay spent yesterday spiraling and cursing out Mollie Hemingway, the nicest person in the world, and Joel Berry’s takeaway from all that is that I’m apparently an atheist? Really?
Joel, this is going to sting a little, but you are too dumb for this line of work. That probably sounds mean, but I don’t intend it to be mean. It’s just the truth.
The people you’ve chosen to be around keep you around because they need someone to step on rakes for them. And bless your heart, you do it with such gusto it’s almost endearing.
But in the Eastbound & Down that is your career, you’re Stevie. Best of luck with that.
“You’re too retarded to be told to follow the law therefore we can’t imprison you for breaking the law”
Once again, why is being too retarded or insane to function according to societal norms not an aggravating factor?
🚨 NEW: A man in Bradford has been found to have attempted to rape a homeless woman who was dying or already dead in a tent. A judge has ruled that he is unfit to plead due to having such a low IQ.
• Bradford Crown Court heard Hassan Shah, 26, of Edderthorpe Street, was captured on CCTV entering the tent on Kirkgate on the morning of 8 November.
• He lay next to the unconscious woman and pulled down her clothing without trying to communicate. The prosecutor said she did not move because she was dying or dead.
• She died from synthetic cannabis and alcohol, unconnected to Shah.
• A judge had ruled he was unfit to plead because of low IQ and a learning disability, so he was not in court.
• The jury unanimously found he “did the acts” of attempted rape and attempted assault by penetration. Sentencing is adjourned until December for reports.
• Because he is unfit to plead he cannot receive a prison sentence. The judge will decide between a hospital order, supervision or discharge.

We followed the illegal immigration pipeline from Africa into and across Europe.
REPLACING EUROPE - FULL DOCUMENTARY
Over two months, we traced how tens of thousands of illegal aliens are moved into and across Europe, and who’s making it happen.
In this documentary, you’ll see:
• A UN migration worker admitting that governments profit from illegal immigration and have no interest in stopping it
• Illegal immigrants getting flown by plane to the European mainland
• Organizations openly guiding illegal immigrants across borders
We were violently attacked and nearly arrested for exposing how Europe is being replaced.
Watch the full documentary and share it with the world.
Burke had said society is a partnership between the dead, the living, and those yet to be born. Boomers, in general, have a persistent tendency towards stomping their feet and threatening dissolution of said partnership at every available opportunity.
California is minority white (32.5%), mind you. Victim status being conferred as a consequence of “minoritization,” is only ever unidirectional, and it never ever ever runs in the white direction.
