What have we lost and gained throughout the pandemic? forms.gle/29NZTJTYxcY6DJRo9

ALT Image of a receipt printer with a partially printed receipt emerging from it which reads on repeat, "It's all capitalism, it's all awful." Text below reads, " It's All Capitalism, It's All Awful (or, I Lost / I Gained: A Pandemic Balance Sheet) is a project of the Feminist Media Studio that documents what has been lost and gained during the last two years of the pandemic. These receipts are a balance sheet for times of unbalance, a record of the affects of the pandemic, the costs of quarantining, illness and death, overwork, and border closures, and the dreams of more just futures. Each receipt helps to create an anchor and archive of the feminist everyday."
"It's all capitalism, it's all awful" is a collective balance sheet of losses and gains for times of unbalance. View the project here: itsallcapitalism.com and fill out this form to participate: forms.gle/29NZTJTYxcY6DJRo9

On the 32nd anniversary of the Ecole Polytechnique Massacre the Feminist Media Studio would like to honor the victims of violence and recirculate powerful reflections written by our members commemorating the 30th anniversary of the December 6, 1989 massacre.
Guided by Lauren Berlant and Kathleen Stewart's The Hundreds, these hundred-word experiments strive to attend to the personal, social, and political charge that these traumatic events continue to emit into the present.
