The first novel in my series "Expat" is out! 🎉
With brand new covers, ebook, paperback and harcover editions. 📚This series means a lot to me, is inspired by real life events and experiences living abroad. If you like sometimes funny , sometime painful wholesome romance 🫶, yearning 😳, volleyball 🏐, and early 2000s nostalgia📵. This may be something for you.
If not, no worries, come and chat about writing and books.⌨️📚

OK a little bit of surprise fun at the very end. Can we select an ultimate champion between the two brackets? (Also since we are done, I’d love some feedback and if it isn’t much bother, check out my book)
Next time, I will use the voting feature to eliminate home team advantage.

Vote for Althea here. (And my book link)

Congratulations to FitzChivalry Farseer. Just like Althea, it seems RoTE fans have dominated even Stormlight and crowned them both Fantasy Character Champions!

Congratulations to Althea Vestrit and RoTE/Liveship Traders fans for crowning her the Female Fantasy Character Champion!

The Female Grand Final: Althea vs. Navani -> you know what to do. RoTE vs. Stormlight, could it have been anything else? (voting rules in image)

What book would you like to forget and read again… for the first time?
Mine is Way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson.
Still probably my favorite quote from the book. And since it doesn’t have the Kindle Unlimited graphic, it isn’t suddenly outdated because of the renaming to Kindle+ 👀😉
If this is true, it could be massive for the #hqtwt fandom. I think we all deserve a bit of volleyball awesomeness. If you’d like a story that treats volleyball with just as much respect… I might have something for you…
The Male Grand Final: Fitz vs. Kaladin -> you know what to do. RoTE vs. Stormlight, just like with the women. Will home team advantage give Fitz the edge? (voting rules in image) Crown the champion!

Fitz swept the floor with Aragon *gasp* and makes the FINAL. Kaladin or Logen will join him there. (how to vote in image) Can Logen stage an upset?

Another quote that illustrates what Julie, the FMC of my novel can be like. Hit her where it hurts: volleyball and her height.

Althea is in the final! Looking at the men's bracket, we are looking at a RoTE presence in both finals. But who will join her? Moiraine or Navani? (how to vote in image).
Keen minds, but also powerful spellcasters.

I need to find time to play FFR. I see some worrying about spoilers (would be cool if they allowed people to list which games they played and skip scenes) but considering I’ve played all of them… I miss the time when I could just lock myself in my room and play for days…
This is how I go to sleep (put on an audiobook) 😂 just have a different one for sleep and commute. You don’t want to spend 5 minutes finding where you fell asleep while driving 😂
