House III: The Horror Show (1989) The film series takes a more serious tone, less funny but more campy with plenty of blood splatter. With several familiar faces, from Lance Henriksen to Brion James the guy from The Fifth Element and Lawrence Tierney from Reservoir Dogs.

Still entertaining given it is more darker, slightly reminds me of the film Shocker.

Burt Lancaster was the first star to have his name added to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. After a 45-year acting career, his final film role was β€œMoonlight” Graham in Field of Dreams. Ray Liotta’s β€œHey, Rookie. You were good.” remains one of cinema’s most gut-punching moments.

Why parents let us watch ’Salem’s Lot, how TV played us, and why Gen Xers don’t trust windows. Happy Halloween πŸŽƒ

A Different Man (2024) A cool concept that keeps you engaged but slowly goes off the rails towards the end. Even with the good performances and indie style of filmmaking, I did not enjoy the direction it took halfway.

This one’s gonna hit hard πŸ’” Patrick Stewart has sadly passed away at the age of 86. So many iconic roles, but for me, I will always think of him as Captain Jean-Luc Picard. A terrible loss…

The death of editing... he’s not an editor anymore; he’s a producer. Is editing the old way gone forever? Maybe... if you edit 30-second YouTube Shorts. No... if you edit film or TV. Legendary editor Walter Murch said 51% of the reason to cut is Emotion. AI doesn’t have that.
Is editing "the old way" gone forever? ... yeah

Toy Story 5 (2026) Technically good animation, with a strong message but a story that is lacking in a strong impact. Unfortunately, I do agree with Tarantino, the first three films were the strongest, while the second two though it can be seen nice but ultimately unnecessary.
