If you want to crush it next year in 2027… my prescription is: “HARD MODE MADE SIMPLE” Spend 100x day in a row doing 4 body weight exercises with 100x reps each. 100 pushups 100 crunches 100 squats 100 leg lifts. Also lock in every day with 10,000 steps. (With added weight sessions 3x per week I lost 16 lbs in 12 weeks doing this) NEXT GET YOUR CONTENT RIGHT Lock in on 100x Long Form Videos that you NEVER spend more than 10 hours on each. Make simple formats you can maintain. Stop trying to make your content an art project. Just be consistent in ONE niche for 100x videos for ONE YEAR with real effort… don’t phone it in. (When I did this it took me from 20K to 100K subscribers on YouTube but I did it daily for 14 months to get that) NEXT MONEY MASTERY MADE SIMPLE Every single day for 100 days target making an extra $100-$500 a day (legally). Make it a goal in your head and make sure it’s a cash flow opportunity that is simple to fulfill that day. Which means make an offer for over $100-$500 that can fulfilled in a single day if not in 1-3 hours. If you manage to succeed even 50% of the time, in 100 days you will have made $5000 minimum… If you wildly succeed you have proven to yourself that if you hustle you can make full-time money with part time effort… (This is how I grew my 6 figure business and kept a 6 figure income working for myself for the last 10 years) 100 DAY SOCIAL MEDIA DETOX For 100 days keep all social media apps off your phone. Only use a computer or TV to consume social media content. You can listen to music or audio only podcast on your phone but for 100 days no actual social media, computers only when you want to post or read or comment. (If social media is absolutely essential for your job you have to make it work from desktop and pretend your phone is dead or broken). * I am going to try this myself next year with the caveat of when I have to travel to events. I can schedule promo posts and content posts from desktop, so can you if needed. MINDSET MASTERY - 100 days of journaling - 100 days of walking 10K steps - 100 days for reading physical books - 100 days of doing to be at 10PM - Write 10,000 words on one subject per week (The writing part is how I finished my book and became a bestseller) This will help you with your racing thoughts and go clear your head and regain executive function. NETWORKING MADE SIMPLE - 100x cold outreach per month to people in your industry - 100x cold approach interactions in public per month to get to know new people in real life - 100x days of posting value for the people in your industry (LinkedIn, X, Threads) - Make 100x introductions bringing people in your network together and being a super connector/ matchmaker This will get you out of your shell, improve your rejection tolerance and help you to connect with more people. NONE OF THIS IS EASY - IT IS SIMPLE BUT HARD… Hard Mode is the point. Your goal is to make hard things trivial and something that doesn’t make you flinch. You can overlap the 100 day protocols but the key is commitment over extended periods of time and the fact that these will become habits over 12 weeks and will be significant changes go your lifestyle.
