By law:
1. It’s a legally recognized marriage and it is valid.
2. It is just a church blessing except the church is a licenced church to conduct statutory marriage. Even if it is, it will be void because you can’t marry someone under the tradition and subsequently marry another person in church. So the marriage is void.
3. There is nothing like Court marriage but Statutory Marriage. It is also void because as stated in para 2 above, you can’t be married to someone under native law and custom and subsequently marry another person.
So in sum: the only valid and legally recognised marriage is number 1: traditional marriage.
It is so crazy how players like Xavi, Iniesta, Eden Hazard of Chelsea, Kun Aguero, Suarez and Neymar Jnr didn’t win the Ballon d’Or but people like Modric, Rodri, Dembele and now Kane have all won it.
Omo, Messi and Ronaldo really dealt with people’s football careers. May other people not use our glory with theirs 🙏

This is one of the reasons Lagos State is ahead of other states in this country. People have been talking about fake products and how they are causing damage and killing people. How many states have responded to this public outcry like this?
No Lecturer has ever seized my Phone before. Even while I was in KWASU, despite being a Policeman, I behaved myself properly. One thing you can’t do to me is to try to CHEAT me or OPPRESS me, it won’t work. The only time a lecturer seized my watch during Exam, I approached him after exam and he gave me back my watch.
Sincerely, I still don’t understand the rationale behind Lecturers seizing students phones over “minor misconducts” and then refusing to return the phones to the students for weeks.

The BIGGEST problem with Nigerians is LACK of UNDERSTANDING of CONCEPTS, IDEAS, WORDS, etc,
FRAUD is not just a thing about “Money” alone. By definition of FRAUD, if we relate it very well to we Nigerians, we might find out that a very good percentage of Nigerians are FRAUDULENT consciously or unconsciously.
You altered your age to gain admission or a job or you are from Kogi but claimed Kwara to gain admission or scholarship, you are a FRAUDULENT person.
You are very fit for NYSC deployment to any state, but you obtained a medical report to say you have “health issues” and you got approval for redeployment to your state of choice, but you are not a FRAUDULENT person.
I don’t even want to talk about the people who create so many “emails” in “different names” for Tech works. Lol
Impersonation, Forgery, Money Laundering, etc, are all FRAUDULENT ACTS! But NO, the word FRAUD is only for people who do “Yahoo”

Your excellency sir, please I’m personally begging you to use everything within your power to FACILITATE a Law School Campus to Kwara State.
Kwara State is beyond capable and worthy to have a Law School Campus. Smaller states like Ekiti and Kogi have one approved for them each.
This is the last thing I want you to do for us in Kwara State before your tenure elapses, sir. With you, it’s surely achievable.
As a performing Governor who’s working very hard and repositioning Kwara State for the best, it is my hope that you get this done sir.
