Will seedlings grow in volcanic ash as analog for moon regolith? I think the answer is a resounding yes! They are 6.5cm high now, but still no idea of what they are

I just signed an open letter from @EveryDoctorUK asking Matt Hancock to develop a new Pandemic Preparedness Plan, after the government failed to prepare us for COVID-19. Add your name too & ask #WhatstheplanMatt? actionnetwork.org/petitions/…

As well as running surveys, we also try and speak directly to students on a regular basis to help us understand what you want and what you need.
It's very buzzwordy to say 'the student voice is at the heart of our decision making' and stuff like that but it really is true.

Morning! Lots of news outlets aren’t mentioning @EveryDoctorUK in press about the dodgy PPE court cases. Please do- we’re the doctors who built a dossier of evidence and are the co-claimants in these 4 legal cases. We run a network of 40,000 NHS staff.
Please could you RT?👩⚕️💙

🚨Right guys, we have a challenge🚨
This “let’s blame Dom” story has probably been timed to push the PPE scandal articles off the front pages. We need everyone to understand what happened in court yesterday against the government.
💙Pls RT this thread.
🤞Can we hit 1000 RTs?🤞

Happy #UniversityMentalHealthDay everyone!
Gentle reminder that barriers and enablers to mental wellbeing occur in *many* different aspects of learning. What we do, how we design courses, is critical to student wellbeing.
Here's my taxonomy, based on a #capabilities approach.

ALT Taxonomy of barriers and enablers to mental wellbeing, working on a capabilities approach. Both barriers and enablers can be classified as environmental (i.e. in spaces, people, systems or life); skills-related (social skills, study skills or self-management skills); or study related (assessment, curriculum or tuition.) Themes may be positive or negative, i.e. experienced as barriers or enablers, depending on design, context and learner experience.

Hello, I run a network of 26000 UK doctors, and can tell you pretty accurately what’s going on in the NHS. But I have only just joined Twitter. Could you please re-tweet this to your followers, and I’ll do my best to update you with what’s happening? Thank you so much, Julia 🌟
