I made an app a while ago that removes them from your view, at least in your gmail. So tiring, not all are like this, but some are just beyond

I'll chime in, as I am actively interviewing with multiple and final stage of 1. Allow the person the chance to speak freely about their stack, the how and why. Do not interrogate with technical show stoppers, I literally told a senior person to stop, I said, I do know a lot about it but I am not going to give you the magic word you are looking for.
