Employing Eddie Howe will be like employing Carrick 2.0 - we need a proper elite manager not some mid table manager who’s pumped to be called - Manchester United Manager. Sack Jason Wilcox now and give Christopher Vivell his position.

I don’t feel the slightest pity whatsoever for Michael Carrick. The Manchester United job was way above his experience and ability. He’s a championship level coach at best and a bad pundit at sky sports at most. Any coach who says something like this in modern football doesn’t know what he’s doing at all.
