No individual should ever be subjected to violence, threats or intimidation simply for exercising their right to freedom of speech. At BS UK, we firmly believe that everyone has the right to express their views peacefully, without fear of physical harm, harassment or intimidation. Our volunteers will be providing a visible, professional and reassuring presence, with a focus on safeguarding, preventing confrontation and ensuring that Young Bob can continue his activities in a safe environment. We want to make our position absolutely clear: We are not there to provoke, intimidate or encourage confrontation. We are there to protect, support and help maintain a peaceful environment. Our volunteers operate with discipline, respect and a commitment to public safety, working within the law and cooperating with the relevant authorities where necessary. Violence is never the answer to a difference of opinion. Regardless of political beliefs or personal views, everyone deserves to feel safe.
