Landlords offering teaser rates to get a Tenant in. They’re rolling off covid leases and getting sticker shock. Getting a lower rate for year 1 to ease them into market rates year two rather than hitting 200%+ increase at their roll. #NashvilleIndustrial

Tenants have a few options now than they did before. Brennan cares most about competition of vacant today. Competition is now 1 of 4, 1 of 5, rather than it used to be 1 of 1 or 1 of 2. Market is going up enough to ink deals. Some softening.

Not a lot is penciling right now. Nashville didn’t have the supply or vacancy spike like other markets. 30% rent growth is what is allowing things to pencil. It’ll continue. #NashvilleIndustrial @Bisnow

Sellers getting a bit of fatigue. They’re still expecting more, but with the cost of capital, difficult to get there. #NashvilleIndustrial @Bisnow

I don't understand folks that don't like going into the office. Like, you don't like chatting and learning from people to make you better at your job?

Just drove someone stranded on the side of the road to go get gas. Felt like I was in the '90s again . . .

Any go shopping lately and have to return something? It seems return policies have changed tremendously. Anyone else notice 14-30 return window when they used to be 30-90?

Sorry, But I'm the person that always says thanks and confirm receipt - is it OK to not respond if someone sends you information? Especially someone you know or has inquired for it?
