I think something people need to realize is that the Switch 2 is not a 10th-gen console. It’s 9th-gen. Nintendo now has its own release schedule and doesn’t decide when a new generation launches. Sony and Xbox do. The Switch 2 is just now doing hardware that the PS5 and Series X have been doing for 5 years. If y’all claim the Switch 2 is Gen 10; then when actual Gen 10 consoles come out the Switch 2 will get overshadowed like a mfer and 3rd-party devs will drop that platform due to lackluster power. Hardware wise the Switch 2 is barely Series S level.
Rentals you also continuously pay. If I rent a car I pay for everyday I keep it. Same with apartments/houses. Now answer my question. Everybody I’ve asked this has conveniently sidestepped it.
That middle sentence is great. If you care more about the format than the games themselves then you won’t be missed.
