In this idiom, “have” is synonymous with “ate”, like “I had eggs for breakfast.” So the expression means, you can’t eat the same thing twice.
You use semi-colons in lists when one or more of the phrases in the list itself contains a comma. So this mother’s use of semi-colons, while showing character, is grammatically wrong.
A semi-colon is grammatically identical to a period, so what appears on either side must work as a complete sentence. You use one instead of a period when the ideas of each sentence are closely linked.

Filmed 4 months after we wrapped principal photography on #ESB, it wasn't a "re-shoot", it was an added scene. Concerned about the downbeat ending & thorough defeat of the protagonists, they wanted to add an uplifting moment of hope & rejuvenation to reassure the audience.
