🚨 ANOTHER LABOUR MP SUSPENDED OVER COVID LOANS!
Every taxpayer in this country needs to see this.
Perran Moon, Labour MP for Camborne and Redruth, has been suspended after referring himself for investigation over a Bounce Back Loan. He is the second Labour MP suspended over Covid loans, after Bayo Alaba was suspended in August.
Moon is listed as co-director of a training company called Autoswot, which took the maximum £50,000 loan. The company last filed accounts in June 2021 and stopped trading in late 2022. He says he made partial repayments and that the application was made “in good faith”. 🤡
Bounce Back Loans were 100% backed by taxpayers, which means YOUR money paid the banks when firms failed. Of the £46bn handed out, the Covid counter-fraud commissioner estimates up to £2.8bn was lost to fraud and error.
While ordinary firms were fighting to survive, Labour MPs are now being investigated over how they used the scheme. Labour says it “expects the highest standards” from its MPs.
So here are the questions for Keir Starmer and Andy Burnham: how many more MPs are in this position, and will every loan be published so the public can judge?

STATEMENT:
Reform UK has reported ITV, its board, and its undercover reporters to the police.
Some of the crimes carry up to 10 years in prison.
They forged a passport.
They directly interfered in elections and almost certainly altered the results. Being paid to “canvass” for Reform in crucial wards we lost by a few dozen votes.
They lied to a veteran about their service and left him “violated”.
This is unprecedented.
The police are now involved.
Scrutiny of political parties is one thing.
But anyone breaking the law to try and ruin the lives of Reform’s staff, members or volunteers will be reported to the police and pursued relentlessly in the courts.
