"PUNKS" Ordinal Punks weren’t just early. They were among the first 650 inscriptions ever made, securing their place as pioneers of the Ordinals movement. Created by @FlowStayy , a key figure in the early Ordinals scene, the collection draws from the iconic CryptoPunks, bringing pixel art to Bitcoin, fully on-chain and immutable. No IPFS, no shortcuts. Each punk is inscribed directly onto Bitcoin, making them permanent digital artifacts. In a sea of imitators, Ordinal Punks stand as the original punks of the Bitcoin timechain, blending cultural legacy with protocol-level permanence.

Last night I inscribed the two layers that make up Ordinal Punk #1. You can put them together recursively very easily. Gonna work on putting all the traits of Ordinal Punks on chain one by one and then put Gerald B's Ordinal Punk generator on chain which will reference these.

Maybe there is a way to change state of the layer somehow? Without needing an external dependency ofcourse. hmmmm

People can own the individual layers, but also one person owns the master copy. The only limitation is not being able to change the state of the layers which would alter the master copy. I think its a really cool idea though.
