Victor Lindelöf is starting for Aston Villa, and their defence looks rock-solid. This is the same player Man United let go for free because he supposedly wasn’t good enough. Villa don’t necessarily have better players than United. They have Unai Emery, discipline and players willing to work for their manager. United’s lazy players think they’re bigger than the manager. That’s what happens when you appoint an incompetent manager like Michael Carrick. Though the blame goes beyond him.
