I think GPT-6 Astra is a huge jump compared to 5.6 Sol and has way better economics than Fable, but it's prone to the same category of rather annoying behaviour as previous generation. We've collected and analyzed the best research out there on this topic and made sure that instead of calculating artificial scores we actually give you good information on every meal. It's done on two levels: each Day gets a Diet Quality score and each Meal gets it's own rating. It's not enough to simply eat good but same food: Sarvita will tell you, if you consistently skip veggies or don't eat enough Fiber. Diet quality is tightly integrated with AI Coach and with Progress, and soon we will also expand Longevity Path feature with new badges in a nutrition pillar.
