Disappointing game but it’s all back to Joe’s tonight. There’ll be sausages on sticks, vol-au-vents, arctic roll and the new ABBA LP on the record player. Gordon will be there of course and the Cherrys, Grays, Madeleys and a bloke who looks like a Leeds Ron Jeremy. #LUFC #MOT

On the coach ready for the trip to Sunderland. Lots of warnings on the way to Leeds about strong winds ahead of us so I’m glad the coach can take the strain. We need the points today as far as I’m concerned so keep fighting until the end and go for that win Leeds.

One for all the Leeds United fans. Very rare footage from West German TV, which was shown on Yorkshire TV in July 1977. A West German view on Leeds United. Behind the scenes footage at Elland Road with personal insights on Gordon McQueen, Joe Jordan and Trevor Cherry. Training on Elland Road, Home warming party at Joe Jordan’s, Trevor Cherry’s recycling firm, Manny Cussins and more. #LUFC #MOT @HayleyMcQueen Courtesy of Yorkshire TV

Look who has come to join me in the garden. As our song we made for my husband said, that Robin in the garden leaves us feeling safe and sound.

Thank you to the Sherburn Whites for the latest badge for my beret. They travelled with my Selby branch of the Leeds United Supporters Club that I ran in the 80s and we are friends now for life. MOT

April 1906, A chimney was demolished on the North West side of the Elland Road ground which would make room for the direction of the pitch to be switched to run North to South as we know today. Leeds City remodelling of the ground hoped to improve the condition of the pitch as well as improve the facilities provided.
