“Unconscious competence.”

I’m sure some sports scientist somewhere has a problem with this line of thinking. I tend to side with elite athletes who are students of the game and put the work into understanding the game holistically when they articulate things. 🤷🏻

How do you Kill a Team Culture?
Drip by Drip…
- Skip reps
- Show up late
- Blame others
- Take-off plays
- Negative energy
- No accountability
- Sloppy in practice
- No team cohesion
- No communication
- Bad body language
- Complain about calls
Don't be a culture killer.

*Doing the dirty work
*Playing through aches and pains
*Cheering on your teammates when you’re on the bench
