The gym’s scale won’t cut it? Bring your own. This is our starting point. 330.6 lbs (let’s say 331). By my 40th birthday (September 5th, 2026), my goal is to get down to 199 lbs. Lose 132 lbs. A weight I haven’t been since middle school. And do 10 chin-ups. Let’s get it.

🦈 I had this hot sauce at the festival yesterday and it’s probably the one that surprised me the most with how sweet it was and the amount of heat it has. I can see why it’s exclusive the Hot Ones/Heatonist right now. If you’re a fan of spice, I can’t recommend it enough 🌶️

📉 I never got around to posting my 1 week results. After consuming nothing but freshly made juices for one week, I lost 15 lbs. However, after incorporating some cooked foods back into my diet, how I feel, etc. I'm very much considering going High Raw Vegan 🥙
