Here is a thread with all my summary notes from @unicmetaverse course led by @giaglis and @punk6529 . It was a LOT of work to take these notes and craft these threads but helped me to learn more. Only 2 sessions are missing but the overall content is a goldmine ✨🙏

over the last five years, most of us thought nfts were dead. and honestly, we were right about the old nfts.
2021 nfts were mostly collectibles. you bought art, hoped the vibes carried it, and prayed for a flip. that era faded.
what’s rising now is something different: tokenized assets tied to real economic activity. assets that can generate yield, be used as collateral, or plug directly into defi rails.
that changes the whole conversation.
the question stops being, “who will buy this from me?” and becomes, “what does this asset do for me while i hold it?”
that’s the shift. not just digital collectibles, but productive digital assets.
is it sustainable? that’s still to be answered. but one thing i do know for sure, nfts are evolving, and we’re still early.
