Don鈥檛 buy the Renegade skin if you respect OG Fortnite players. It鈥檚 more than a skin; it鈥檚 a symbol of their early commitment and grind. Let them keep their exclusivity. Show your respect by appreciating its rarity, not owning it. Some things are better left untouched
Surprised to see so much support for this,聽as much as I would love to start a team again unfortunately I don't think I can do it on my own. After previous experiences, I don't like working with org investors聽and it feels like most people nowadays see teams as quick cash grabs (sign the contract lol) and don't care enough to build something from the ground up without expecting a return right away. It feels too forced. Gaming has changed so much over the years and most people who grew up聽with the community aren't teenagers anymore.
I totally get where FaZe is coming from, I think they are overdue for a fresh start. Probably could have announced it in a more genuine way that didn't put down the OG members, but the whole decision makes sense.聽I hope the best for the members that got cut.
As someone who has been in and owned teams myself and seen both sides, my advice to everyone is to keep building your own brand and聽don't rely聽on teams to make聽your dreams come true. You are 100% in control of yourself.
