Another teacher friend just decided to make this year his last (12 years early).
I asked him why, he said
• Class sizes are ridiculous
• Zero accountability for parents, students 🙁
• Too much testing 😤
• Admin was overwhelmed & not helpful 😨
• Frozen salary, low pay

This is so pertinent to what we do .. for 'tactics' replace with 'content', and for 'coaches', replace with 'teachers'!

In the U16 Janet Palmer Bowl Final, holders @FortismerePe will be aiming to lift the trophy for the third time. Their opponents are @BR_PhysicalEd, who are looking to claim this title for the first time ever. (2/3). Best of luck to both teams!

Question 1 - Did the kids enjoy and have fun with their pals? Question 2 - Refer back to question 1.
Parents' confusion and their desire to live their lives vicariously through their 7yr old kids is not the major factor here!

It is so important that we recognise the inextricable link between PE, school sport and physical activity. A road map to leading healthy active lifestyles is embedded in a statutory entitlement @educationgovuk @NickGibbUK @brainercise @_ukactive @YouthSportTrust @Sport_England – at Burcot, England
