"Newer" Protestant denominations have a higher ratio of attendees to members.
In ACNA, there 76 per 100 members.
In older denominations, the ratio is way worse.
For the United Methodists, it's closer to 20 attendees per 100 members.
We profiled Trinity Presbyterian's capital campaign last year over at @PCAByFaith. There are some churches that still *very much* want to look like churches.
Pointed arches and ornate windows. Sloping stone floors and padded wooden seats. Warm lights emanating from carefully crafted lanterns.

In editing @PCAByFaith's series on early American Presbyterianism, I discovered there are 11 PCA churches that predate the Declaration of Independence. Thanks to the PCA Historical Center and its director Wayne Sparkman for help compiling this list!
