DMT is basically a near-death experience. And to prove it, scientists gave 13 healthy people DMT and then tested them. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM scored high enough to qualify as having a near-death experience. Except... none of them were actually dying. They were in a laboratory. Then they compared their accounts with people who'd 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 had near-death experiences. And found striking similarities in almost every feature: • Leaving their bodies • Entering another realm • Encounters with strange beings And all of this happened 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀. Which makes me wonder: What the actual fuck is DMT doing? Giving us a glimpse of 'the afterlife'? Or just weird 'brain chemistry'?
