To get the latest update for WhatsApp, please go to Settings -> Settings -> Check for update or restart the app.
The service update will prompt a few seconds later.

We have pushed a temporary fix for WhatsApp (simulating safari on mac)
If you are currently stuck with this then quit Franz, delete this folder and restart:
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Franz/Partitions
Windows: %appdata%\Franz\Partitions
Linux: ~/.config/Franz/Partitions
We have published a new update (currently only available via beta channel) to fix the WhatsApp issue.
