During Manufacturing Day, Team 1706 student Brenden Buchanan shared his knowledge with students from several FRC teams, teaching them how to monitor the CNC mill while it machines a part. Hands-on experiences like these help students develop real-world manufacturing skills and explore careers in advanced manufacturing, machining, and engineering. By learning from one another and working with industry-level equipment, students are preparing for the high-tech jobs of the future! #Team1706 #ManufacturingDay #AdvancedManufacturing #SkilledTrades #CareerReadiness #FIRSTRobotics #WorkforceDevelopment @WSDinfo @EaglesLibertyAD @thsactivities @HoltADOffice @NP_Grizzly_AD

Manufacturing Day was all about collaboration and hands-on learning! Here, Team 1706 student Granger Lewis teaches a student from FRC Team 8069 how to tighten the part in the 5C collet chuck on our CNC lathe. At Team 1706, we believe that sharing skills and knowledge makes the entire FIRST community stronger. When we learn together, we build more than robots — we build future engineers! 🚀 #FIRSTRobotics #FRC #Team1706 #ManufacturingDay #Coopertition #GraciousProfessionalism @WSDinfo @NP_Grizzly_AD @thsactivities @HoltADOffice @EaglesLibertyAD
