Virginia state Sen. L. Louise Lucas is charged with drug trafficking and money laundering, DOJ says. This is a result of the raid on her cannabis shop in Virginia, which apparently did not have a license. I’m glad to hear the people are finally complaining about police physical abuse. of people who get arrested due to a US citizen getting their arm broken during an ICE arrest. However, if you are a criminal defense attorney or a person who tracks government abuse, a broken arm during an arrest is fairly common and in fact the most common form of police abuse that requires hospital care during raids and arrests. Civilian injury rates during police use-of-force encounters in the US range between 17% and 64% depending on the agency. While the vast majority of these are minor (bruises and abrasions), "broken bones" are consistently noted as one of the top categories for major non-fatal injuries. Out of 250,000 annual civilian injuries involving law enforcement, more than 80,000 require hospital emergency room treatment, which includes thousands of fractures aka broken bones. policeepi.uic.edu/data-civil… 
We know that the human body can communicate with itself through electrical pulses generated within the body and then sent to the brain. which directs the instructions to the proper body parts. Therefore, it would seem that humans should be able to communicate with each other through electrical impulses that carry information. At the very least, human bodies should be able to communicate with other human bodies through electrical impulses that contain information it may already be occurring on some level, but we might be able to heighten it and create true telepathy between human beings. I presume we would have to decode how the body and the brain put information in electrical impulses and how they are read by the body. Once we figure that out, then we will have to replicate it and potentially amplify it to create telepathy.

They don’t want to allow enough businesses to exist in the city to create a tax base that is large enough to be self-supporting. The end result is federal subsidies hold up the city, and even then they cannot do the job, and we end up with so much corruption that they actually have to shut down things like the DC evidence processing center and should probably shut down just about everything due to corruption.
