Mark Carney’s authority to represent Canada internationally is not the same as having unlimited authority to reshape our relationship with foreign institutions (the EU)
We need to demand access
to this proposed agreement.
Are there Canadian policies and regulations being affected?
Any financial commitments?
Is Canada now obligated to follow future EU policy decisions?
Can we withdraw from any of these arrangements or agreements?
Will any of these commitments restrict future Canadian governments in Canada?
