Here's what nobody wants to admit. Every Bitcoin bottom on this chart was built by people like YOU quitting. So which one are you this time: the holder who survived it, or the liquidity the next cycle gets built on? 🪤

Folks, remember this was the same concern people had when BTC was trading at 87k not too long ago and I was calling for a move down to high 70's (where we are now). I explained in a video why the drop on $BTC was not concerning for $CRV in terms of holding above .29, and as expected, BTC dropped to the target zone and CRV held above .29. The same applies now. Could we drop to 74k from here? Sure. Do I think it's the most probable path at this time? No. Should you avoid a good entry on $CRV with clear invalidation because of a hypothetical that may not come into fruition (and even if it does may not result in CRV breaking it's key .29 level)? Also no. The reason we have an invalidation level is for EXACTLY this reason. There are many variables at play at any given time, and if you are looking for a reason not to enter an asset when it's at your designated entry level, you will always find one. Instead- make the plan, follow the plan, and just make sure you know where invalidation is and you keep your risk in check so if the idea DOES get invalidated you are prepared. If you actively avoid designated entries based on hypothetical scenarios that may never come, you would never buy any asset, ever. And as a reminder- the best buys often occur at the most uncomfortable of times...
Cred if we go to 74k on BTC wouldn't CRV drop below 29c?

Heineken is worried Ozempic is killing beer sales. Think about what that means. A drug that turns down appetite also turns down the urge to drink. The craving was always the problem. But the drug only works while you take it. In the STEP 1 extension, people lost 17.3% of their weight on semaglutide. One year after stopping, they had regained 11.6 points of it, and most of the metabolic gains went back toward baseline. You can turn down cravings without a weekly shot. Cut the sugar and starch, eat meat and eggs, and hunger settles down on its own. I've covered what happens when people stop Ozempic in a video. If the drug only works while you're on it, what's the plan for the rest of your life? Study and my videos below... – at Tennessee, USA

The news is stacking up behind $XRP rapidly. For those asking "why isn't the price going up" don't worry people asked the same question in 2024 right before the price erupted. Good news is pressure building and building... eventually the chart won't be able to contain it.
Big news as Aviva Investors announces the launch of a tokenized share class of the Aviva Investors Sterling (GBP) Liquidity Fund on the XRP Ledger. The Sterling (GBP) Liquidity Fund is Aviva Investors’ largest fund at around £22 billion in assets under management, and this move marks an expansion of Aviva Investors’ tokenised fund offering, following the launch of its tokenized USD Liquidity Fund in July. Investors receive the same protections as those in the conventional fund, which was initially launched in 2002. Markets are moving to 24/7 access and real-time settlement. This is what that looks like in practice. For professional investors only. Capital at risk. ripple.com/ripple-press/aviv…

🇨🇳🇺🇸 China pumped out MORE greenhouse gas last year than the U.S., India, Russia and Indonesia COMBINED. It’s responsible for 30.3% of all global emissions, around 16 billion tons, which is 2.7 times what America emits. The U.S. is a distant second at 11.4%, but its emissions are climbing faster: up 2.2% last year, while China’s barely moved at 0.1%. The world as a whole set a new record of about 55 billion tons in 2025. Maybe it’s time for Europe to realize its paper straws aren’t moving the needle 😆 Sources: ZeroHedge, European Commission (EDGAR), Visual Capitalist / Writer: Julie

Meat should be baby's FIRST food. Not infant cereal. How dare I? Read on... Researchers at the University of Colorado tested it. 88 breastfed babies. Half got pureed beef as their first food. Half got iron-fortified infant cereal. At 7 months, the cereal babies got 0.6 mg of zinc a day from solid food. That's about 25% of what they need. The beef babies got 1.9 mg. More than 3 times as much. The beef babies also had more head growth from 7 to 12 months. And the babies took the beef just as well as the cereal. "But cereal has iron!" Iron sprayed onto starch. Iron is absorbed at 14 to 18% from diets with meat, and only 5 to 12% from vegetarian diets. Meat itself helps you absorb iron. Cereal doesn't. A growing brain needs protein, fat, zinc and iron. Infant cereal is starch (sugar) with iron added... Meat is a health food. For babies too. Read the actual studies. Links below...

Headline does NOT match the Facts! The protein scare in this kidney stone story falls apart inside the article itself. Their own surgeon says the usual drivers are sugar, ultra-processed food and not drinking enough fluid. Their own advice tells stone formers to avoid spinach, nuts, soy and chocolate because of oxalate. Those are the "healthy" foods. The meat review they lean on rated most of its own evidence as low credibility. Dairy protein went with fewer stones, not more. Meanwhile sugary soda carries a clear signal of its own... Studies and my videos below... Shouldn't we look at the spinach smoothie and the soda before we blame the steak?

Had a patient recently come see me with Stage 4 metastatic colon cancer, at the young age of 37. The majority of his treatment and surgeries were completed at MD Anderson in Houston, often ranked among the top Cancer hospitals in the world. He sought me because his oncologist would not prescribe any ‘non-traditional’ medications like ivermectin, Fenbendazole, or Mebendazole. Before you jump to conclusions and start rambling about anti-parasitic, let’s talk about how each of these works in the body. Ivermectin works in cancer on WNT/TCF and PAK1→Akt/mTOR inhibition, mitochondrial respiratory suppression, chloride-driven hyperpolarization, and P2X4/P2X7-linked immunogenic cell death. Fenbendazole works for cancer by impacting mitochondrial translocation of p53 and inhibition of glucose uptake, GLUT transporter expression, and hexokinase II, on top of moderate microtubule destabilization. Mebendazole's main mechanisms regarding cancer are still β-tubulin binding, VEGFR2 inhibition, and Hedgehog inhibition. This in turn leads to reduced glutamine markers which have downstream effects. [Notice I didn’t say anything about parasites there. Feel free to show this tweet to someone who doesn’t know any better.] The oncologist actually supported their use but likely due to ‘politics’ couldn’t personally prescribe them. So instead of 1 doctor managing all of his cancer care, he has like 5. Unfortunate but becoming increasingly common. At the end of the care you have to be AN ADVOCATE for yourself. If you don’t like the answers you are getting (in medicine), continue to seek out providers until you do.
