Last week we learned that permanent LFR cameras will be installed on Oxford Street in Dec. Yet the Govt. hasn't published its response to the public consultation that closed in Feb. And there is still no legal framework to protect the public's rights. independent.co.uk/news/uk/ho…

The Hubs model, other cuts ravaged services shoe-horned into the same space as libraries, has been a disaster for the sector. Dedicated library space/staff/skills have been lost and we’ve ended up with a poorer service, it’s not innovative it’s cuts. #savelibraries

Your brother speaks at a city council meeting against digital ID. His comments are recorded. His verified identity is attached to the video. AI analyzes it. Two weeks later, his premiums triple. His mortgage is denied. His employer is told he is a reputational risk. No arrest. No charge. He just spoke. This is what digital ID makes possible, and it is being built right now. Online child safety laws are how it gets installed. Share this with someone who thinks speaking up is still safe. Follow me. Every day I show you what is coming and how to stop it.

Libraries have always been at the hub of the community but the ‘Community Hubs’ concept is a cuts based model that often sees other cut services shoe-horned in with libraries. It’s a smokescreen for cuts.
