Great video for understanding the fundamentals of future photonic processors/processing.

When an object spins in zero gravity about its middle axis, the rotation is inherently unstable, and the object periodically flips 180 degrees mid-flight, a phenomenon known as the Dzhanibekov effect.

Time to appreciate the sheer massive scale of Voith couplings & u-joint shafts:

Quite possibly the best app I’ve created yet, create drainage and profile views anywhere there is data using USGS Lidar. Try it: senterfarms.com/programs/csr…

Fluid flow around objects: p + ½ρv² + ρgh = constant.
Top: a streamlined body (a Rankine oval, made from a source and a sink in a uniform stream). The flow splits smoothly around it and joins up again behind it.
Middle: a cylinder. The flow around it is potential flow, and a von Kármán vortex street sheds from it, alternating top and bottom. It uses the measured Strouhal number fD/U = 0.2 and Kármán's stable spacing h/l = 0.281.
Bottom: a teardrop (a Joukowski aerofoil). The arrows are the surface pressure from Bernoulli, p − p∞ = ½ρ(U² − v²). They point in where the flow slows (the nose and the tail) and out where it speeds up (the shoulders).
Every particle moves at the real speed of the flow. Faster flow means lower pressure.

Innovation in CHINA's manufacturing sector goes beyond complex technologies and extends to the smallest details.
This toy looks like something from the future, combining fun and surprise for both children and adults while helping develop visual tracking and concentration skills.
CHINA turns even the simplest ideas into creative and enjoyable experiences.
Scary fact: a 16x16-pixel image can produce $2^{6144}$ unique image combinations, This is a number so absurdly large that it exceeds the total number of atoms in the observable universe by a factor of $10^{1769}$. I would need 11 posts to present all this number 999...

This video misleads by implying Linux runs without RAM. The IBM ThinkPad has two RAM slots; the demo removes only the accessible module while the second under the keyboard remains installed.
