Recent game progress has now been added to the dashboard! Changes will animate in real time as soon as you finish a reading session

@FunOrange42 do you think it can get statistics logging just like Kizuna Texthooker?
I like the way you can log which VN you read for a session, also seeing total hours would actually be so goated
These issues are addressed in version 0.17.2:
- fixed video/OCR lagging behind (capture API switched from WGC to GDIas default)
- improved OCR accuracy (updated OCR model from PP-OCRv5_mobile to PP-OCRv6_small)
- added button to set OCR region in toolbar
- fixed crashing when using AMF video encoder

its nowhere near this smooth despite me having a pretty decent computer and an internet connection. theres a really long delay until it detects the new text, and even then, it sometimes only grabs only like half of a sentence, also misses some letters (like ノ), made me sad ngl.
Also you can stream to any device just by typing a URL (moonrune.app/reader). Here’s Umineko on an iPad.
Would be cool to see how well this would work on a color e-reader
I made my own visual novel OCR app that overlays text directly on top of the game. It also has context-aware dictionary results and translations. Also Anki support.
Here's the link for anyone interested: moonrune.app/
also saw some 'OSU GACHA DISCORD VERSION PLS' comments lately so mahloola bot is back + here to stay
- server leaderboards
- card trading
- no more downtime probably

I finally wrote the very last line.
The scenario for my new work is finished.
It became a moment I’ll never forget.
I can’t help but feel that I may never be able to write something like this again. I’m truly glad I was able to write this story. It contains everything I am.
I don’t think it’s a word the writer themselves should use, but even so, I want to say it anyway: this is a major work. In terms of sheer volume, it surpasses The House in Fata Morgana. That said, length alone means nothing, so I cut away anything that felt redundant and poured my full attention into every single line.
I’m excited to see how it will be received, and at the same time, I’m nervous. It’s a story that goes in a different direction from Fata Morgana. But if you trust my writing itself, I promise I won’t betray that trust.
Please look forward to it.
