I have left Arfsten out despite thinking he'll be a good signing as the recruitment team profiled him and signed him as a left back for some reason even tho he had played just twice as a left back previous to joining us and it being clear to everyone that he's obviously a winger

I feel like I鈥檓 gonna get a lot of replies and stick for my views on the recruitment team so instead of arguing with abt 20 ppl im gonna compare the good to bad signings. If the our rate of succession is higher than initially thought I will admit I was wrong.

I was on the side of not rushing Cruz into the first team and leaving him in the 21鈥檚 for a bit longer due to the pressure that would be on him in the first team but Kyle Joseph has now set the bar so low for our backup striker that Cruz would come in and look like R9 #boro
