💭 Here is a question nobody in AI can answer cleanly today:
If an AI trading bot — or an industrial agent — causes a $1M loss, who gets fired?
A) The developer who wrote the prompt
B) The operator who clicked "Run"
C) The model provider
The honest answer right now? Everyone points at someone else. The developer blames the model. The operator blames the prompt. The provider blames the deployment.
That is not a people problem. It is an evidence problem. When no one can prove — step by step, action by action — who did what, accountability evaporates.
This is exactly why 𝐏𝐨𝐇𝐀 exists: Proof of Human-Accountable Action. Every action recorded, every step attributable — before execution, not after the loss.
Drop your answer below 👇 A, B, or C — and tell us why.

Manual verification can take a lot of time and increase operational costs, especially when businesses need to check large amounts of information.
@primus_labs zkTLS offers a way to automate some of these checks through verifiable data proofs.
For example, a decentralised application (dApp) could use data proofs to verify influencer engagement metrics.
Influencers often use screenshots to show their online activity and engagement. however, screenshots can be difficult to verify and may require additional manual reviews.
With zkTLS-based data proofs, a dApp can receive verifiable evidence of an influencer’s engagement claims.
This can help distinguish genuine activity from exaggerated or false claims without relying on screenshots and lengthy reviews.
Another possible use case is recruitment, where companies spend time verifying information provided by job applicants.
Some applicants provide inaccurate details in their resumes, so employers often have to carry out background checks by contacting universities and previous employers.
Data proofs could help automate parts of this process by providing verifiable evidence of:
⇒ Educational qualifications.
⇒ Previous employment.
⇒ Other information included in job applications.
This could reduce repeated manual checks and help employers verify applicants information more efficiently.
Through Primus zkTLS, applications can use verifiable data proofs to make certain verification processes faster, reduce manual reviews and improve the reliability of information checks.

Yesterday’s conversation on “Beyond Airdrop” was an insightful one.
We explored the realities of airdrop culture, the challenges of being an airdrop hunter, and why relying solely on token rewards isn’t a sustainable approach to building a future in Web3.
We also discussed alternative opportunities in the ecosystem, the importance of developing valuable skills, building a personal brand, establishing credibility, and becoming a meaningful contributor to projects.
One major takeaway: Airdrops can be an entry point into Web3, but they shouldn’t be the identity.
Build skills, build relationships, build value, and position yourself for opportunities beyond token rewards.
Thank you to everyone who joined and contributed! ❤️
See you again next Friday! 🫡
What happens when the airdrops stop coming?
On the space, we’ll explore building sustainable value, genuine participation, and long-term opportunities in Web3 beyond chasing airdrops.

A 150% collateral ratio on a protocol dashboard gives traders a false sense of security. The industry treats "fully collateralized" as proof against insolvency, but that number is often an illusion during real market stress.
The flaw lies in confusing static oracle price feeds with executable market liquidity.
When liquidation cascades hit, two structural failures occur simultaneously:
01. Oracle delay: Feeds report historical prices from previous blocks, not real-time fill rates.
02. Depth collapse: Liquidators must unload seized assets into rapidly thinning order books. If execution slippage exceeds the protocol's liquidation penalty buffer, bad debt generates automatically.
Insolvency rarely happens because smart contract logic breaks. It happens because systems treat paper valuations as guaranteed exit liquidity.
Before locking funds into any lending vault, ask this single diagnostic question:
"If liquidations start happening right now, who is actually buying the collateral and at what price?"
Which protocol in your portfolio do you think would survive an 80% liquidity drop? Drop your pick below.

From Human Activity to Verifiable Data
AI needs data to learn and make decisions, but not all data tells the full story.
@Actum_AI is exploring how real-world human actions can become verifiable evidence through Proof of Human Action (PoHA).
The idea is simple: move beyond collecting information to establishing proof that an action actually happened.
Because better AI shouldn't just depend on more data. It should depend on more trustworthy data.
That's an interesting direction for

What if a machine could tell you its maintenance history?
When you buy a used car, one of the first things you want to know is its history.
Has it been serviced regularly?
Has it experienced major failures?
Were important repairs completed?
Now think about industrial equipment.
A machine might operate for decades, changing hands, locations, and maintenance teams along the way.
Without reliable records, understanding its history becomes difficult.
» Actum aims to maintain a traceable operational history across the equipment lifecycle.
The idea is similar to having a long-term history book for every machine.
Not just what it is.
But what has happened to it.
@Actum_AI

Gactum and happy wednesday
A machine can be serviced without being properly serviced, what does this mean?
Imagine working with a machine in a factory.
Someone reports that maintenance has been completed.
» But how do you know?
Was the person actually at the machine?
Did they perform the required work?
And was the result properly checked?
A maintenance report alone doesn't answer everything.
So @Actum_AI approaches this through three layers of verification:
» Context: Where and when did the activity happen?
» Behavior: Was the required action actually performed?
» Result: Was the outcome confirmed?
The idea is simple.
Don't just record a maintenance claim.
Build evidence around it.

Shiyu Zhang from Surf breaks down how Bithumb AI was built, and the key idea is simple.
A clear line between what deterministic code does and what the AI model does.
That line is a big reason Bithumb trusts Surf with 500,000+ investors on its platform.

Another reminder to submit your @FungoLabs campaign posts before 15:30 UTC.
I think we've spent a lot of time talking about NFT ownership, trading and digital collectibles, but privacy is another part of the experience worth exploring.
What makes FungoLabs interesting to me is that it's not simply trying to create another NFT collection.
It's exploring what NFTs could become when everything doesn't have to be public.
And with FHE, there's room to build experiences that traditional transparent NFTs struggle to support.
That's the part of FungoLabs I'll be watching closely.
I decided to join, why? because any where I scroll on my TL I've been seeing FUNGO, made my research and here I am
So, @FungoLabs just launched its X campaign, with 300M $FUNGO up for grabs.
if you missed the Fungo genesis NFT whitelist, here’s another opportunity to get involved.
»Go to: fungolabs.org/launchpad/c/cf…
»connect your X account
»start creating content about Fungo
»submit your 5 best Fungo contents, and get involved.
Only posts from november 1, 14:00 UTC onward are eligible.
leaderboard drops after the campaign ends, with rewards distributed at TGE.

Privacy in crypto is usually treated as one feature. What caught my attention about @FungoLabs is that it shows up at three different stages of the same journey, and each stage normally leaks something someone else can exploit.
1. At mint: the surprise comes back
On a transparent chain, traits and rarity are readable almost instantly. Rarity tools rank every mint in seconds, snipers move first, and the "not knowing" part of minting disappears.
With FHE from @zama, each Genesis NFT starts with encrypted traits. The art can be revealed when the holder chooses, while the Essence (class, stats, element) stays encrypted on chain. Nobody can pre read rarity, because there is nothing to read.
2. At auction: bids that can't be watched
2,500 of the 3,232 Genesis NFTs go through an encrypted sealed-bid auction. Because bids stay hidden, there's nothing to monitor and outbid at the last second, and every winner pays the same clearing price. That shifts the game from reacting to others toward deciding what the NFT is worth to you.
3. At claim: rules written in code
Per the project, the $FUNGO claim window is 7 days, the deadline is hardcoded in the contract, and unclaimed tokens are burned instead of piling up for later decisions. There's also an option to claim as confidential cFUNGO, so the amount doesn't have to be visible to everyone.
Why this combination is interesting
Each stage has the same weakness on a normal chain: information that's public too early gets used against the participant. Encrypting it, and putting the rules in code, moves the advantage away from whoever reads the data fastest.
What I'm still watching
→ How FHE scales with larger media and heavier computation
→ The cost and speed of encrypted operations
→ Whether the launchpad and games get built on top, since that's where hidden traits become real utility
A privacy feature only matters when people use it for something they couldn't do before. Sealed bids and hidden trait gameplay might be exactly that.
If you could keep one thing private in an NFT, what would it be: the art, the stats, or the price you paid?

💛 ZK can prove something about hidden data. FHE goes a step further: a smart contract can actually compute on data while it stays encrypted.
That's what @FungoLabs builds on, using FHE from @zama.
Each Genesis NFT has two encrypted layers:
→ The Look: the artwork. The holder sees it first and decides whether to make it public.
→ The Essence: class, stats and element. These stay encrypted on-chain, but contracts can still use them.
Why it matters:
→ Traits are encrypted at mint, so rarity can't be pre-read or sniped
→ 2,500 of the 3,232 Genesis NFTs go through an encrypted
sealed-bid auction, so nobody can watch competing bids and all winners pay the same clearing price
→ Hidden traits can power games without exposing a player's stats to opponents
Still worth watching: how FHE scales with large media, the cost of encrypted operations, and whether the launchpad and games actually get built.
Which matters more in an NFT: showing the art, or protecting what's behind it?

Imagine an institution applying for onchain credit.
A lender needs to verify important financial information, but does it really need access to the institution’s entire balance sheet, client data, or trading strategy?
Not everything needs to be public to be trustworthy
The real challenge is proving that financial requirements are met without exposing sensitive information.
This is exactly why confidentiality and verification matter for institutional DeFi.

Whitelist mint Fee refunds are complete ✅
The ETH paid with each mint covered writing the NFT's sealed traits on-chain and Zama's fees. The part that work didn't use was refunded automatically by the contract to your wallets, at a rate of 95%.

My previous post explained the @FungoLabs tokenomics structure.
Token allocation is one thing. Understanding when those tokens actually enter circulation is another.
That's why I took a closer look at the $FUNGO token unlock schedule.
Not every token allocated to a project becomes available at the same time. Some are distributed at TGE, while others are released gradually over months or years.
🧵
One thing I always look at when exploring a new project is how its tokens are distributed.
With @FungoLabs , $FUNGO has a total supply of 10 billion tokens, and the allocation tells an interesting story about how the project plans to reward its community.

🔍 Most AI systems log what an agent did — after the damage is done.
Actum flips the order. Every action must pass 𝟔𝐃 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 at the gate, before it ever touches the ledger:
1️⃣ 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞
2️⃣ 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞
3️⃣ 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡
4️⃣ 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭
5️⃣ 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
6️⃣ 𝐒𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
All six must pass. Miss one, and the action never enters — the Circuit Breaker trips the moment an agent steps outside the rules.
This is the gate layer of 𝐏𝐨𝐇𝐀, sitting between the Pre-Frozen Codebook (rules frozen before execution) and Human-in-the-Loop Sign-off (high-risk actions need human confirmation first).
No black boxes. No post-hoc tampering. 🛡️
