James Earl Jones not being able to continue playing Darth Vader, but giving PERMISSION to use his voice via AI for future projects while being COMPENSATED for it is an example of the right way to do things. Slipping a clause into an NDA or contract that says we own you forever with no further payment IS NOT. One is working with the artist. The other is theft.
