That's Lyndon B. Johnson in the 1948 Texas Democratic Senate primary runoff vs. Coke Stevenson. Six days later, Box 13 in Jim Wells County added 202 votes (200 for LBJ). Names were listed alphabetically in the same handwriting and ink. Election judge Luis Salas later admitted they were fabricated on orders from boss George Parr. Johnson won by 87 votes and later became president.
