Sometimes I forget I still have this app lol. Anyway, life updates and all that jazz on my Substack. Check it out if you’d like.

Sees not 1, but 2 kangaroos within my first 4 hours in Brisbane. Goal achieved, I can go home now. Whatever happens at Blackall 100km next weekend is just a bonus 😅😂
I have been injured most of summer. Rather than cross train and stay fit, I took the first longer break of my career. Yesterday, I finished Race Tekapo Half Marathon in NZ and it was my long runs in months. The views were epic, the coffee is great, and I’m finally pain free 🎉
Sometimes I forget this app exists, but here’s my 2025 update: I recently took over as Merrell Trail Team Manager, have finished Tarawera 100M, Southern States 200, Cocodona 250, won Moosehead Marathon & Franklin Mountain 30k, and passed 3.5 years sober. Life is good 🙏🏿
“TeXAs iS FlAT.” Haha. Very much enjoying a nice break from Maine winter. Sun, shorts, and short sleeves in January 👌🏿

“Just wait 3 months, it’ll be beautiful.”
I can at least now give the Smartwool & Janji winter gear a proper test 🤣 Excited for many adventures in Maine. – at Maine, USA
Why am I always on the delayed @united flights, and not the cool flights with @zachlanebryan and he randomly starts singing? 🤣 anyway, please let the WiFi work on this flight 🤞🏿 – at Newark, NJ

Ultrarunner Coree Woltering made headlines in 2020 when he set a new men’s supported fastest known time of 21 days, 13 hours, and 35 minutes on Wisconsin’s 1,147-mile Ice Age Trail.
We caught up with him to see what life’s been like since then:

The jersey is going to look a little different for the foreseeable future. Super pumped to be joining the Merrell team! Let’s go 💪🏿 – at Chattanooga, TN
It’s been a wild 4 years, and Pine Mountain 40 was my last race as a TNF athlete. I couldn’t be more thankful for the experiences I have had, memories made, and just being part of a great team. #NeverStopExploring – at Chattanooga, TN
I’ve been quiet on here, sometimes I forget about this app 🤣 but, 2 years sober today 🙏🏿 and fall colors are on point 👌🏿 – at Chattanooga, TN
I have once again had my phone change “Coree” to “Correct me if I am wrong” as I pressed send. Shortly before that, I was standing at the apartment door trying to unlock it by pressing the car key unlock button. Today is the most Monday-ish Friday 😵💫🫠😅
