Hi David, listened to this yesterday. You stated, unequivocally, that Man City haven't briefed or leaked on this story. That is categorically untrue, and has been since 2020, at least. Get in touch and I'll give you details. But don't lie to your licence-paying listeners.
UP NOW: Manchester City Vs the Premier League: One month in When It Hits the Fan goes inside the most extraordinary crisis of the year. Is @ManCity's PR bananas? Is the Club dead in the water? This is awesome! Trump sued (as he always does) the BBC for defamation, and expected them to fold like a cheap rug or as American networks did! Instead, the BBC fought back and refused to pay a cent! Now, a judge has cleared the way to subpoena Don Jr, Ivanka and Jared Kushner about January 6. Get your popcorn ready, discovery will be delicious! My guess is he will drop the lawsuit like a hot potato! 🤣

As the @Independent celebrates its 40th birthday I can truthfully say, as one who wrote for the print edition until it closed, there was no other paper like it. Sundays too.

I'm frequently critical of the lunacy we hear from Reform on small-boats. So it's important that this is said for balance. If we send out the message "if you get to Britain by small-boat you can work" what do people think will happen.
A brilliant contribution from @Kevin_Maguire on #BBCQT
Asylum seekers are demonised for being in a system that prevents them from working.
"Let asylum seekers work"
He acknowledges there is a problem but it is blown out of all proportion.
Stop paying for them to sit in grotty hotels. And ask why, when black and brown people commit crimes, it's blown out of all proportion.
Well said, Kevin. 👏"

People say everyone’s in it for themselves. They just don’t know where to look. Kevin first on the phone when I left the Telegraph and fixed it for me to write for the Mirror. Owed me nothing. Witnessed this week a similar quiet act of selflessness from @GaryLineker. Inspiring.
Hurrah for Jenni Russell! Is there still no one in Downing Street who sees the bigger picture? That nature is more than just fluffy animals?

@bbcnickrobinson why does mass production of chickens “have to happen somewhere”? Why can’t people eat less chicken? The entire system’s mad on every level - environmental, health, and ethics. @BBCr4today

Ir is the “uneducated” element that scares me as much as the bigot, Trump simply knows nothing. He is being cheered by too many UK editors who hate our PM more than him…. but these editors have let the country down so many times… they backed Brexit…they created it… and this is the truth. It is a long time since we have editors educated in economics.

Personal View: BBC journalism is disgracefully maligned by my old newspaper world, by Trump and commercially-focussed idealogues, yet here at home I just watched @BowenBBC on Iran, followed by @FrankRGardner, followed by the wonderful @VitalyBBC from Kyiv…. I was in US last week… let me tell you NO news organisation is as good as this, no journalists as clear and free, the new DG needs to fill the newsroom with confidence and….defiance…. it is time to wave the BBC flag.

Former UK Ambassador drops a massive truth bomb: Iran was observing the 2015 nuclear deal to the letter. Trump sabotaged it purely on Israeli advice, and the claims that Iran was cheating are absolute lies debunked by the International Atomic Energy Agency.

BREAKING: Massive Jeffrey Epstein BOMBSHELL drops as the pedophile's personal accountant reveals that Epstein's estate paid off one of Donald Trump's accusers.
This isn't a smoking gun, it's a smoking cannon....
Richard Kahn, who served as Epstein's accountant, testified before the House Oversight Committee earlier today. He worked with the billionaire predator for over a decade, offering him unique insight into his shady operations and business practices.
While more details will be released at a later date, Congressman Suhas Subramanyam took to X to share his notes from the deposition. He revealed that Kahn mentioned five "rich and powerful" parties who bankrolled Epstein's operations: Les Wexner, Glenn Dubin, Steven Sinofsky, the Rothschilds, and Leon Black. Kahn also mentioned former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak as having close financial ties to the pedophile.
"A Trump accuser has received $ from the survivor fund managed by Kahn," wrote Subramanyam.
"Guys like Kahn enable billionaires like Epstein to get away with crimes the other 99.9% of Americans couldn't," he added.
If Trump is innocent like he insists, why would his best friend Epstein being paying out money to his accuser? The answer is obvious. Trump is a serial sexual predator and pedophile.
The congressmen went into more detail when speaking with reporters—
“Another person who was an accuser of Donald Trump was given a settlement by Jeffrey Epstein’s estate. We did confirm that,” he said. When asked for more details, he demurred and said that it would be best to wait for the release of the transcript.
“We wanted to confirm that certain accusers had received settlements, and he confirmed that," he explained.
We already know that Trump's name is all over the Epstein files and he has been accused of heinous sexual abuse and rape. In one particular case, he was accused by a woman of sexually abusing her when she was only 13-years-old. Her allegation was so credible that the FBI interviewed her four times. Pam Bondi's Justice Department tried to bury the interviews, but they were eventually uncovered.
Enough is enough. An exhaustive investigation must be launched immediately and this accountant must be forced to reveal everything that he knows.
Please ❤️ and share to demand that Kahn be forced to reveal
