This play is often overlooked when remembering @FrommJake’s career at Georgia, but IMO it was one of his best moments and throws when Georgia needed it most to secure the win against Florida. Clutch.

The playing surface at Jordan-Hare has been clearly replaced since then, near the end of the growing season mind you, and the quality of the sod leaves a lot to be desired bc you can see every single seam in that field.
I cannot believe an SEC school scheduled a stadium concert right in the middle of football season near the tail end of the growing season. Jeeez. 🤢

The ‘110 rules’ segment in episode 3 of “Saban” is phenomenal for the humor of watching those players basically tortured by the running, while also showing what made Alabama the machine it was under Saban. The program was built on what Saban demanded, translating into a dynasty on the football field.
If you’re not watching the “Saban” doc, I strongly suggest you start. I don’t want to hear “I’m [insert team fan here], screw Alabama!” It’s worth watching as a college football fan for the appreciation of greatness.
