Last week, People's Power Direct Action along with other civil society groups gathered outside of Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol's residence to issue an “arrest warrant” for him from the people, calling him “the head of treason”.
Today, tens of thousands have decided to sleep outside his residence to demand that he be arrested a day after police failed to do so.
The Korean people have been on the streets for a month to demand a real people’s democracy and for the arrest and removal of Yoon who attempted to declare martial law in the country in early December.
