News Headlines for @bathnesld The leadership group have been called in by the Headmaster (the Governor who paid for his title) & told in no uncertain terms to sort out all this negative vibe that his money has paid for. Victoria Park etc. All is not well in LibDem La La Land.

Looking across social media platforms, including Nextdoor, Facebook and X, it’s becoming increasingly clear that I’m far from the only person who is absolutely fed up with the traffic chaos that B&NES Council (@bathnesld) has inflicted on Bath.

The Christmas Market (in my view, beneficial for the city) will worsen an already intolerable situation. Please take responsibility for the total disorder you have created, @bathnesld.

Great to see both of these stories on the front of today's #Bath Chronicle More #LDReporter stories inside on Bath's brutalist church, the campaign for 20mph, and the Lib Dem email which council leader Kevin Guy accidentally sent to all councillors #buyapaper

The Labour Government needs the revenue from Jackdaw and the Rosebank oil & gas fields to offset the cost of Welfare. Net Zero is parked.

The Council @bathnes needs to take a serious look at its approach to traffic management and start employing officers who understand how to keep traffic moving, rather than introducing measures that make an already bad situation even worse. You have got this wrong @bathnesld

The local community in Weston are asking for volunteers to clean up the War Memorial ready for Remembrance Sunday. Would it be wrong to suggest that we would prefer our tax money going on this rather than cycle lanes @bathnesld

There was always a certain irony that France and the French would implode before us.

There’s a certain irony in a city as historically constrained as Bath trying to re-engineer its traffic flows without seemingly anticipating where the displaced traffic would end up. You can hardly be surprised that closing or restricting one route pushes congestion onto another.
