ALT On May 2nd Commissioner Toni Pappas joined Joy Barrett (GSCA CEO), GSCA staff & board members, friends and supporters for a check presentation and tour of the property. Commissioner Pappas was also presented with a handprint plaque, symbolizing the bravery and resiliency of the 300 children helped in our Manchester CAC each year.
