Gymnastic workshops with @LeighMcMartin The gymnasts explored their knowledge & awareness of emotions & how they can impact performance.They Identified their individual zone of optimal functioning & explored emotion regulation techniques to support peak performance 📈🙃🤸‍♀️

Our S1-4 gymnasts had the opportunity to take part in the first of our sport psychology workshops ‘Growth Mindset and Managing Challenges’ with @LeighMcMartin Exploring how to learn from/build on their mistakes and to seek out challenges to help them develop.Great work everyone!

Congratulations to S3 pupil Lanna Campbell on her selection to the National team that is competing in the U15 Quadrangular this weekend in Glasgow. Lanna competed well in the team event yesterday and now tackles the individual event today. Good luck for today Lanna👍
