Canโt believe it but equally I can. Canโt see a game outโฆ every time we play United at OT, constantly getting caught in a basketball style game. Plus how many 2 goal leads blown against them? ๐

Remembrance Weekend - FREE ENTRY!
We are honoured to wear the poppy every time we step onto the pitch, thanks to our fantastic sponsorship by Knowle RBL Club. This weekend it will be even more poignant, as we remember those who gave their lives so we could live ours - and also remember our dear departed friend Jimmy Merry - with a minute's silence before the match.
Members of Knowle RBL Club will join us for the occassion, and we would like to see as many there as possible, so have made gate entry free for all, and we will be asking for donations to the RBLโs Poppy Appeal for those in attendance.
Please spread the news far and wide, and join us for what should be a cracking game of football against @HistonFC.

A journey like no other ๐
From the Championship to the Camp Nou, in the words of John McGinn and Tyrone Mings...
One of the bestโฆ absolute legend of non league who will be sorely missed.
Rest easy Jim โค๏ธ
Knowle Football Club is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of our Men's First Team Match Secretary, Jimmy Merry.
Jimmy was a familiar and respected figure within grassroots and non-league football for many, many years. Through his dedication, hard work and unwavering commitment to the game, he became known to countless players, managers, officials and volunteers across the local football community.
At Knowle FC, Jimmy was much more than a match secretary. He was a trusted colleague, a valued friend and someone whose passion for football was on show at every game. Much of the work he undertook was behind the scenes, often unnoticed by many, but his contribution was immense and greatly appreciated by all who had the privilege of working alongside him.
Jimmy's passing is a great loss to Knowle FC and to the wider football family. He will be remembered for his commitment, his friendship and the positive impact he made on so many people throughout the game.
Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Jimmy's family, friends and loved ones at this difficult time.
Rest in peace, Jimmy.
It isnโt 2006 anymore. United are no longer the club they were back then and if anything Villa are much more stable /ambitious and more likely to win a CL than United in next 5 years.
The only club Unai leaves for is Real or Barca so stop with the terrible takes ๐๐๐ป
Carra ๐คฆโโ๏ธ โShut the fuck up Villa fans, Aston Villa will never be Manchester Unitedโ #AVFC
Prem footballers are seriously elite but Iโm baffled at how Bogarde is one. Looks constantly one step behind everyone on the pitch. Canโt clip a pass, canโt break lines, canโt defendโฆ baffling
Biggest concern tonight is the most experienced players on the pitch clearly cannot be bothered tonight #AVFC
People laughed when we said we kept our best player in the summer. Now they are realising. World class ๐ฎ๐
Huge opportunity to go 3 clear in the top 8 this evening with a healthy goal difference!
Canโt beat a Champions League night regardless of the opponent ๐๐
Great performance after a tough few results ๐ UTR
RESULT: Knowle FC 2-0 Coton Green
A commanding performance by Knowle, who powered to a two-goal lead in the first half, and never looked in danger of surrendering their place in the next round, especially when Coton Green went down to 10 and then 9 men. Knowle played the half out without alarm to secure the 2-0 win.
We go into the hat for the second round, and look forward to a last 16 tie next Saturday in the UCL Cup against Heanor Town.
Get down to the Nest and support the lads!

Will never take Unai Emeryโs era for granted. What an unbelievable ride weโve been on ๐
Aston Villa have become only the third team this century - after Man City (2022-24) and Man Utd (2006-08) - to win more than 10 consecutive home matches in major European competition. โจ
