Georgia Republicans continue to deliver meaningful savings at the pump for families, drivers, and businesses across our state!
We remain focused on addressing the cost of living and helping Georgians keep more of their hard-earned money.
I have once again extended the suspension of the state gas tax to provide relief at the pump for hardworking Georgians through the Thanksgiving holiday season. Thank you to our partners in the General Assembly for helping to make this happen through our commitment to conservative budgeting!

I’m honored to have Governor Brian Kemp endorse my re-election to the Georgia House.
“Rep. Chuck Martin has been a tireless champion for Georgia taxpayers alongside my administration from Day One. From historic income tax cuts, billions returned to our citizens through rebates and property tax relief, and record funding to K-12 and higher education, to bringing good-paying jobs and investment to District 49, Chuck has delivered results time and again. I’m proud to support Chuck Martin for re-election and hope you’ll join me in supporting him!”
Thank you, Governor. It’s been a privilege to work alongside you for Georgia families. I’d appreciate your vote.
Early voting runs through Friday, Oct. 30. Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3.

Rep. @ScottHiltonGA stood with @StricklandForGA and Georgia families today to fight Medicaid insurance companies that have drastically cut reimbursements for life-changing therapies for kids with autism.
Speaker @JonBurnsGA knows @RickJacksonGA will keep Georgia the best state for business while providing opportunity to all Georgians to prosper. He’ll lead on literacy, jobs training and improving healthcare access.

Let me be crystal clear - Socialism is evil.
It should have no place in America or Georgia. This week, my opponent was a featured speaker at a Young Democratic Socialist (YDSA) event at @GeorgiaGwinnett with other socialist members of the Georgia House.
His presence at this event and tacit approval of socialism is shocking to see as he runs to represent an independent thinking, suburban District.
It’s time the Democratic Party end its embrace of socialism - and a DSA platform that would dismantle America and its foundational freedoms as we know them.
I call on my opponent to publicly denounce socialism and remove DSA members from his campaign team.

The @ajc is correct here.
A Democratic Majority in the Georgia State House would mean socialists control the legislative agenda.
Georgians don’t want that and neither do the constituents of HD48.
The DSA’s political gains in Georgia are modest compared with New York and other liberal strongholds. But they are getting harder for traditional Democrats to ignore. A closer look with @ShaddiAbusaid: #gapol

The dividing lines on public safety in Georgia are clear.
House Republicans have consistently backed tougher laws and funding to tackle gangs, fentanyl, violent rioting, illegal immigration and repeat offenders.
Need proof? Rep. Matt Reeves points to 12 major public safety votes where House Democrats opposed Republican-backed efforts to strengthen law and order.
With Keisha Lance Bottoms seeking the Governor’s Office, those votes deserve another look.

Honored to join @TucciSandy1 and my House colleagues in Perry, GA today to examine CCRPI and how we measure student success.
We need to equip parents with an easy to understand metric - so they know their child is making progress and receiving the very best education possible.

While “One-Term Mayor” Keisha Lance Bottoms was implementing COVID restrictions to close small businesses, three Democrat legislators were fleecing Georgia taxpayers - stealing money from programs intended to help Georgians who lost their jobs during the pandemic.
When Georgians were trying to stay afloat, these Democrats were looking out for themselves.

July 1 marks the beginning of a new fiscal year, which means many of the laws passed during this year’s legislative session are now taking effect.
From historic investments in early literacy, expanded paid maternity leave for state employees, and continued income tax relief to policies that strengthen opportunity in communities across Georgia, these new laws reflect the House’s commitment to making our state an even better place to live, work and raise a family.

Grateful to have support from @GaHouseGOP and @GASenateGOP!
We are united and focused on victory in November. And, next year, we’ll get things done for ALL of Georgia!
Republicans entered the special session with one goal: cost relief.
We successfully suspended the gas tax, but Democrats blocked much needed property tax relief efforts.
At a time when Georgians are struggling with burdensome property taxes, Georgia Democrats said "no" to relief.
Look up how your State Rep. voted on relief for homeowners ⬇️
