So, @gapolbot can only be as correct as the data that the state publishes. But some ppl filing to run for office are not checking the "incumbent" box when they're incumbents, so they're showing up on the state ethics page as non-incumbents and therefore being auto-tweeted. 🤷‍♀️

meanwhile there have been some changes to the state ethics page architecture. stay tuned for a dump of several candidate announcements once this is figured out 🤖
