The shift toward multiculturalism replaces organic social bonds with zero-sum competition, where different groups battle for institutional power rather than working toward the common good.
This fragmentation is accelerated by the rise of a managerial class that uses diversity initiatives to dismantle traditional standards and demonize the historic population. By prioritizing equity over merit and forcing demographic transformation through mass immigration, institutions become hollowed out and captured by hostile interests. Ultimately, a society that loses its sense of heritage and its right to self-preservation cannot withstand the resulting social atomization, leaving it vulnerable to internal collapse and the loss of its own sovereignty.
